Spicy Peanut Butter Udan Noodles

So in the busyness of daily life, we ​​need something quick but different taste, which at the same time will save time and will also provide satisfaction and nutrition. This recipe for Spicy Peanut Butter Udan Noodles, made with just a few ingredients, will take just 5 minutes. It is also great to eat, will win the hearts of everyone big and small.

  • Udan Noodles 400g (Boiled as per Packet)
  • Peanut butter (needed for smooth peanut butter recipe without sugarless or sugar) 2 tbsp
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of West sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder (only one pinch can be given for children or paprika can be used)
  • Garlic 1 table-spoon
  • 4 tablespoons water for boiling noodles
  • 4 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds (toasted on low heat for one minute)

First, boil the udan noodles as per the instructions on the packet and drain the water. When draining the noodles, 4 tablespoons of water should be left.

The sauce will be made by mixing soy sauce, peanut butter, chilli powder, oyster sauce, sugar, garlic, noodles, and boiled water well in a serving bowl.


Now heat 4 tablespoons oil in a frying pan and fry onion for one minute. Pour the onion sprouts along with this oil into the pre-prepared sauce. Then mix the udan noodles in the sauce mixture well. Top with chopped onion and toasted white sesame seeds.


Serve hot with spicy peanut butter noodles.
